Full access to every module — leads, applications, commission engine, workflows, invoices — with these limits: 3 users, 2 GB storage, 200 emails, and 50 WhatsApp messages (sent from our shared demo number so you can test workflows without setting up your own WhatsApp Business account). No card required.
You keep going — everything just meters as overage on your next bill. Storage $0.15/GB/mo, WhatsApp utility $0.03/conversation, emails $0.001 each. Marketing WhatsApp is always metered from message one at $0.04/message. Every workflow shows a live counter so you can see where you're at.
Meta categorises every business-initiated WhatsApp. Utility is transactional — offer received, visa granted, invoice due, IELTS reminder. Marketing is promotional — winter intake open, discount campaign, new destination launch. Utility is bundled in your plan. Marketing is metered per message so a tenant blasting 10,000 promo messages never eats into your allowance. Meta sets these categories at template-approval time, not us.
The $50/mo add-on activates after your first paid month begins (not during the trial). We ship your branded iOS + Android build the day after activation. Publishing to the App Store + Google Play happens under your Apple Developer + Google Play accounts (Apple charges $99/yr, Google $25 one-time — those go directly to them, not us) — store review is Apple's and Google's window and typically adds 1-7 days on top. Yes — after subscription. It's a one-time setup: we help you verify a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) with Meta, connect a number, and get your first templates approved. Usually takes 5-10 days including Meta's approval time. During the trial, you send from our shared demo number so you can build and test workflows without waiting.
No. Unlimited leads, students, applications, invoices, and workflows on every plan. Growth is unlimited users too — the only usage-based line is WhatsApp messages, storage, and emails, and only when you exceed your allowance.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans can switch to monthly or cancel at renewal. On cancellation you get a full export of your data (CSV + JSON + document zip) before your account moves to read-only.
