These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Techuni's website, SaaS CRM platform, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Techuni Inc. ("Techuni", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your agency to these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Techuni provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for international education agencies including CRM, commission management, invoicing, marketing automation, and white-label mobile applications. Specific features are governed by your subscription plan.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your order form.
If you sign up for a free trial, the Services will be available without charge for the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will pause unless you choose a paid plan.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Techuni a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the Services. We act as a data processor on your behalf; you are the data controller.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for unlawful purposes, (b) reverse-engineer or attempt to access source code, (c) send spam or unsolicited messages, (d) infringe intellectual-property rights, (e) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data, (f) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.
Subscribers on eligible plans receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to brand the Services with their own name, logo, and colours. The underlying technology remains Techuni's property.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information secret and to use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms with 30 days' notice (immediately for serious violations). Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days; after that, it may be deleted.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techuni disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techuni's aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Techuni harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware unless required by law to be elsewhere.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
