How do I migrate from another CRM or from spreadsheets? +

We handle it. Your onboarding manager exports from your current system, maps every field to Techuni's schema, and does two reconciliation passes before we sign off. In-progress applications keep their stage — nothing goes back to square one. If your data can be exported, we can import it.

What if my in-progress applications are mid-pipeline? +

They come across with their exact stage intact. If you had 47 students at "Offer Received" and 12 at "Visa Applied", that's how they arrive in Techuni — including timeline, documents, and counsellor assignment.

Do I need to shut down operations during onboarding? +

No. Techuni runs in parallel with whatever you're using today. Your team keeps working; new leads flow into Techuni from day 1 while historical data catches up in the background. Cutover is a single moment, not a downtime window.

What happens if we cancel after month 2? +

Full data export in your format of choice (CSV, JSON, or PDF). Your account stays read-only for 30 days so you can pull anything else you need. No exit fees, no data hostage. We'd rather you leave clean than leave angry.

Is there a minimum contract length? +

Month-to-month, no lock-in. Annual pricing is available if you want a discount, but there's no obligation to commit long-term to try it.

Where is my student data stored? +

AWS regions in the US and EU with encryption at rest and in transit. Data residency options are available for enterprise plans that need India-only or UK-only hosting for compliance.

What if I need training for my counsellors? +

Included. Every plan comes with role-specific training sessions (owners, accounting, counsellors) plus a private WhatsApp support channel during your first 30 days. Your team is trained before go-live, not after.

Can Techuni handle multiple branches / franchises? +

Yes. Add branches at any time — each gets its own currency, invoice prefix, commission rates, and role permissions. Owners see consolidated + per-branch views. We support agencies from 1 branch to 20+.
