One board per destination country — because a UK pipeline and an Australia pipeline never follow the same stages. Each destination gets its own board with its own stages, and you switch between them in one click.

Can we customise the stages?

Fully. Name the stages whatever your team already calls them, put them in whatever order matches your process, and add sub-statuses inside any stage for the finer detail.

How do bulk moves work?

Select multiple applications with checkboxes and move them together in one action — useful when a batch of offers lands or a group of students lodges visas the same week.

Can we filter it?

By counsellor, intake, university and partner — and you can save the filter combinations you use every day as views, so your daily check is one click, not five dropdowns.

Does it work for multi-branch teams?
